My Story
I started my career as a personal trainer in 2008 and spent eight years as a fitness manager before discovering Fascia Stretch Therapy™ in 2013. That discovery changed everything — for me and for the hundreds of clients I've worked with since. As Georgetown's only Level 4 Fascia Stretch Specialist, I bring the highest level of expertise to every session.
With a degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Education specialising in Physical and Health Education, I understand the human body from the inside out — and I know how to teach you to take control of yours. My approach is holistic: I address the body as a complete, interconnected system, combining FST, strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching to create lasting change.
My mission is simple: to empower you to become the CEO of your health. Whether you're a golfer looking to add yards to your drive, a runner chasing a personal best, or someone who just wants to play with their grandkids without pain — I'm here to help you get there.
