Leslie Spicer, owner, and founder of Balanced Bodies Studio has several degrees and certifications that make her uniquely qualified to create a holistic approach to health and wellness. She has her kinesiology degree, B.Ed. specializing in Physical and Health Education. Is a Fascial Stretch Specialist III, LifeStretch® Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, TIME™ Instructor (Together in Movement and Exercise, Toronto Rehabilitation Institute), Bone Fit™ certified, and Precision Nutrition coach.
No one else in the area has this combination of qualifications and the ability to help you heal physically, mentally, and emotionally for the longest-term results possible. She offers a holistic approach to help achieve long-lasting results.
Leslie’s mission is to help people live healthier, longer, pain-free lives by empowering her clients to become the CEO of their health. Creating a mindset centered around prevention. Providing tools to help her clients have the best quality of life as they get older. This passion for helping others goes beyond the studio doors. She believes in collaborating with other healthcare professionals to help elevate her fellow colleagues to provide the best care and results for all clients.
Her studio is also a place for the community to come together. Supporting other entrepreneurs by providing a space for them to showcase their skills and talents. Hosting events and educational
seminars to help provide the community with knowledge and resources for all areas of health.
She has had her own personal journey working through physical, mental, and emotional struggles. When she realized she couldn’t do it alone she reached out to therapists and coaches to help her overcome these challenges. That’s when she started incorporating a more holistic approach into her practice. Applying mindset training, gratitude, and mental and emotional wellness practices into her coaching and training. This is why she believes that working on all
areas of health is crucial and needs to be ongoing for long-term health and well-being.
